Possible Project Cafe hardware specifications leaked

A NeoGaf member has uncovered an internal Nintendo document which lists the hardware specifications of their next home console, nicknamed Project Cafe. Have a look for yourselves.

If those specs are in fact legit, then expect the console to be far ahead in terms of processing power of both the PS3 and Xbox 360. The 4 core CPU clocked at 3.5 GHz is not far behind from the heralded Cell processor powering the PS3. But the 1 GB RV770 AMD GPU absolutely annihilates the Nvidia RSX and Ati Xenos chips found on the PS3 and Xbox 360, and is roughly equivalent to the Ati 4890 which was released in 2009. Contrary to previous rumors, the image reveals that a 2.5 HDD of 250 or 320 GB capacities will be utilized alongside flash memory.

However, this is still classified under rumors, but it won’t be long till we find out what;s underneath the hood, as Nintendo is all set for a full blown reveal at E3, which will open its gates on June 7th. What are your thoughts on the matter?
